Re: My Family and I were attacked when I tried to run for US Senate on a Green Party Platform!! Filing FOIA and Privacy Act Documentation for all known surveillance and operations info.

Under the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. subsection 552 and the Privacy Act, 5 U.S.C. section 552a, please furnish me with copies of all records about me indexed to my name.


To help identify information about me in your record systems, I am providing the following required information:

 I am requesting a waiver of all fees under 5 U.S.C. Section 552(a)(4)(A)(iii). The information I seek is in the public interest because it will contribute significantly to public understanding of the operations or activities of the government and is not primarily in my commercial interest.

I am looking for the following pieces of documentation in any and all forms available:

  1. Any and all records of surveillance or documentation that are in relationship to any and all of the above organizations, positions within the organizations and my relationship to them.

  2. Any and all documentation of any authorization, court orders, resources allocations or correspondences in regards to said possible surveillance.

  3. Any and all documentation in regards to the specific political, cultural or organizing work that I was involved in with a minimal amount or redacted information whenever and however possible.

  4. Any and all information in regards to any authorized or rejected operations that may have been implemented on me as an individual target, my family or friends as an extension or any of the above mentioned organizations that have been mentioned.

  5. Any potential surveillance on my phone, internet or alleged ‘criminal’ activity as well as any and all files that may have been put together on my personal life.

  6. I hereby request under the Freedom of Information Act and Privacy Act all records that you have collected corresponding to my phone number .



At the end of 2015 I (Shamako Donae Noble, 11/24/1979, xxx-xx-9203 filed an application for the nomination of being a US Senate Candidate for the Green Party. After winning 75 percent of the state's support, I began preparations for the run. After what appeared to be a difficult, rocky start, we were preparing to officially announce the run around the third week of January 2016.

  • A series of abnormal and unwarranted activities occurred that made us feel threatened and under attack from some organization or group including but not limited to: a hacking of all of my email accounts both professional and personal, with accounts dating back several years all the way to 2001, my cell phone, my tablet, what appeared to be a rapid fire identity theft, including my bank account, my Western Union account, and other indicators of both the possibilities of long term surveillance as well as the activation of internal and external ‘assets’ of a yet undetermined organization or entity. After a series of cyber intrusions, my computer was crashed in manner reminiscent of what the New York times recently referred to as a ‘Wrecking Crew’ program.

  • This activity did not simply take place on my devices, but also on my partner's and my mother’s devices. It is important to note that we all participated in this campaign work together, and we were all being targets of this activity simultaneously during the week that my campaign was being announced. 

  • There was also a heightened level of suspicious activity in our neighborhood that was out of place for what was normal and seemed to occur in alignment with these cyber intrusions. For example, there was a dumpster right in our driveway that people kept going in and out of during throughout the day in a manner that never took place on a regular basis. It had never been there before and did not belong to any of our neighbors.

  •  Another significantly out of place event as the requested arrival of an ‘electrician’ who was not requested by our household, our neighbors,  our landlord or even take power company itself. When this person arrived, we requested their ID  and work order number. They did not have one. Further,  PG and E had no record of said employee or work order.

My family and I were made to feel vulnerable, violated and in fear for our lives and safety. All of this activity amounted to a massive gaslighting campaign and had the appearance of posing several layers of threats that were coming from multiple directions at once.

In addition, after the completion of the polycentric US Social Forum in 2015, I received an anonymous letter from someone stating that my children were not mine, and that a personal friend of mine was actually the father. After going through some significant challenges speaking to their mother about this, this letter was somehow tracked to a computer from my home, which was not actually possible.

There have been indicators of the presence of ‘moles’ or agents in some of the political, organizer and  activist work that I have done in the past at least from 2008 to 2016. I have attended and/or participated in several types of community and political events, marches, leadership groups, etc. in which CI’s (Confidential Informants),  UC’s (Undercover Cops) or other forms of surveillance and operations have been made abundantly clear. What is not clear is who is responsible for these operations and for what purpose. 

In the spirit of the recent efforts and revelations such as the BLM lawsuit to have surveillance records released, , and the history of figures such as the Black Panthers and Gary Webb and the recent wikileaks dump, it is imperative to have access to any and all possible surveillance files on myself or any organizations that I worked with in relation to myself or each other.  In addition, in light of the fact that people who have been in the work of confronting state surveillance, covert operations and other such activities have been pushed into isolation, depression and even suicide, it is important to clarify and identify as much information as possible.

Define the problem-centuries of exploitation and oppression continue to drive deep and widening wedges between different the year sections of the population. Economic Inequity and Social Injustice is expressed in various industries, practices and even within the heart of the American Left including the green party.

Solution-

  1. The Department for Restoration and Reparations:

Applying a restorative justice model with an economic overlay.

    2. Bring an immediate end to prison for profit and create a target date for the elimination of the prison industrial complex.

  3. Institute and develop community self-policing programs. Immediate freeze on federal and state law enforcement funding and redirection in community development, youth, elder care  and education programs.

 4. A sincere, full, documented and massively publicized apology for Slavery, the theft of Native and Indigenous lands, and the recognition that American Wealth is in large part the bi-product of a history of exploitation and oppression. Without that that, our privilege would be inaccessible.

  1. The development of a national and international committee to identify the necessary steps and agencies necessary to address this in it’s entirety.

  2. The identification of companies that exist today whose fortunes still derive from both past and present methods of slavery (farmworker’s for instance)

  1. The Political Crisis

  1. Defining the problem-The reduction of democracy, the blurring of lines between public and private, corporate and community.

  1. A melting pot of diversity or a cultural clash of confusion, from religion to race we struggle to define ourselves as anything other than consumers.

    B2. The Hood Tax-A tax on entertainment companies that target or exploit youth or cultural workers used to fund youth and cultural programs all throughout the United States as well as large scale supplemental education income.

  1. Companies that leverage urban/hip-hop culture to sell products or images in any manner that can be identified 5 or more times in a manner that can be documented, and any profits that can be traced as a result will be placed on the list for identification.

  2. Companies that identify youth markets and/or urban markets as primary targets for any number of projects that leverage placement of their products on or near college, high school or middle school campuses will be placed on the list.

  3. These companies will be taxed for 1 percent of their transactions.

  4. Those taxes will be identified on a state by state basis. Those funds will be used to fund schools, urban arts programs and free to low cost education.


 3. How will your campaign build the Green Party of California? What are your campaign goals?

My campaign will build the green party in 5 distinct ways.

  1. Bringing more people of color into the party.

  2. Working to update the band of the of the State and National party.

  3. Continue to work with other leaders and candidates in the party to bring the party into contact and alignment with real movement forces.

  4. Build new bridges with cultural workers.

  5. Build some distinct and specific bridges with labor.  


 4. What parts of the GPCA platform do you feel most closely aligned with? What parts do you disagree with, if any? Are there parts you would improve upon and how?

I agree with all of it. I would improve it by specifically adding language crafted through a process with People of Color, Poor People, Students etc. In fact, that might be a good campaign piece. Conversations with the public about the green party platform.

 5. What in your background qualifies you to be a credible candidate? What assets would you bring to your campaign, in addition to those already existing within the Green Party?

 I have been interested in and involved in government since an early age. Student Council, Leadership, Speech and Debate and Mock Trial were just a few of my activities. In 1997, I received the Judge J. Skelly Wright Award for Constitutional Law Advocacy.  I have been in Business Sales, Non-Profit Management and cultural and political organizing. I am a co-founder of the Hip Hop Congress, one of the nation’s largest Hip Hop Non-Profits in the country. I have also been Community Outreach and Development Director for a youth Center, a Promotions Director for a radio station and most recently the National Coordinator for the US Social Forum. More references can be provided upon request.



 6. What are some of the key organizations and/or constituencies that you plan to outreach to and what is your relationship (if any) to them?

  1. African-American’s-I am one.

  2. Latino’s

  3. Cultural Workers

  4. Labor

  5. Movement Folks.

 7. Have you filed as a campaign committee with the Federal Elections Commission and if so, what is your campaign ID#.  Do you have campaign bank account and treasurer? A campaign website?

All of that is in process.


 8. Do believe that an independent party like the Greens can succeed in the US? How would you define such success? How can it happen?

  1. Yes.

  2. Not destroying the planet and each other. Turning this moment towards opportunity and evolution, prosperity and abundance.


 9. How will you collaborate with other Greens running for other office, including on issues, messaging and organizing?

  1. I am at the service of the party within reason. As such I will…

  2. Attend and coordinate fundraising events with other greens.

  3. Develop plans and opportunities for other candidates, green leaders and party members to collaborate.

  4. I will work with other campaigns and tech teams to ensure that my messaging is in alignment with their messaging where appropriate.



10. Why are you a Green?

This party, on the fringes, underfunded and overwhelmed and misunderstood aon so many fronts, could represent the best political possibility for a healthy and abundant future for the US and the planet.

There are no other access log entries besides my test. The site is not indexed (and was brand new with only an IP address). The only way the files could be accessed is by having the URL which no one did except (albeit unbeknownst to) you and pashatwin, both using the same user agent (XP on Firefox) and local google image proxy. 

I didn't even have to break out my toolbox. I told you I would "phish". I relied on human action, not technology.
